- Positions Available:**Full-Time, 2ndShift**Machine
Operators**.**Helpful Background:**General Construction knowledge with
experience using pneumatic staple & nail guns, tape measure in US
Standard, andmetric measurement. Teamwork, good communication, and
attention to detail. The Box (Cabinet) Builders pull parts from transfer
carts after finishing and assemble per plans.
- Wages:**\$19.00 / Hour (\$17.00 Base Pay + \$2.00 / Attendance
Incentive). After the 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay +
- Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to \$2.00 /
hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with
skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers
being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from
\$0.75 to \$3.88/ regular hour. Production Incentive paid on overtime
hours.
- Schedule:**Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM- 8:30 PM- 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM.
Requirements - **General construction experienceutilizing saws, machine operation,
and pneumatic tools is helpful. On-the-jobtraining for candidates
willing to learn with no experience.**

cabinet parts for assembly.**

- **Provide regular and consistent attendance - be on time for the
work schedule**

performance measures**
