About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking an Account Manager to join our team supporting a leading hospitality platform. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for assigned projects and account management of an evolving portfolio of hotel partners across the US. You will support strategic initiatives that drive hotel partner success on both traditional and app-based booking platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of hotel partners across the US
• Support senior team members with strategic projects and initiatives
• Contact hotels to gather necessary business details for platform optimization
• Educate partners on platform features and benefits to maximize their success
• Implement supply optimization strategies to improve booking conversions
• Provide exceptional customer service to all partners
• Balance account management responsibilities with project-based work
• Contribute to team goals while working independently on assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in account management, business development, or customer success preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships remotely
• Self-starter with a "get it done" attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to switch between different types of work while maintaining quality
• Interest in hospitality and technology
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Details

• Contract Duration : 12 months (Nov 2025 - Nov 2026)
• Location : Remote (with occasional travel required)
• Work Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate Range : $45 - $52 per hour, depending on experience
• Position Type : Contract (W2)
