Job Description

Main responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions including vendor invoices, payment processing, and vendor statement reconciliation
• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable, including customer billing, collections, and aging analysis
• Perform general ledger accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Support international accounting operations including currency conversions and compliance with foreign regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and assist with tax filings
• Submit electronic declarations and required documentation to government agencies
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve processes

Job description Profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and general ledger functions
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Business Central preferred
• Understanding of industrial costing and SNC standards
• International accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, resilient, and assertive with strong teamwork abilities
• Must be available to work full-time on-site at our Fairfield manufacturing facility
