Accounts Payable Supervisor - $85k + 10% Bonus

We are looking for a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and manage the AP functions at both the corporate and property levels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of AP processes and systems, particularly Yardi, and who enjoys taking initiative and driving improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and approvals in Yardi systems
• Supervise and train one AP team member, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
• Handle weekly check runs, Real Estate Tax payments, and collaborate with internal teams to monitor AP workflows

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in accounts payable (no degree required but preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude, with experience using Yardi Voyager 7, Yardi Payscan, or similar software
• Ability to work independently, handle high-volume transactions, and meet deadlines
