Job Description

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or 2 years of college in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Business Development. 
  • Experience in administration. 
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). 
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills. 
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to identify and set priorities
  • Great attention to detail, ability to detect errors or omissions
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional projection.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, weekends and overtime if necessary. 
  • Any other tasks that are required
