Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (Supervisor), the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI) will function as the Administrative Support Unit Manager in the California Geologic Energy Management Division’s Headquarters Office. The incumbent will supervise a small group of analysts and support staff within the Administrative Support Unit while performing the most complex and sensitive work. This position is located in Sacramento and is eligible for a hybrid telework schedule, with employees required to work in-person at 715 P Street, MS 1803, Sacramento, CA 95814. At least three days of remote work and up to two days of in-office work per week is the available hybrid telework schedule for this position. Alternative work locations will not be considered.
