Job Description

Join the Delta Sky Club team at Tampa International Airport (TPA) as a Front of House Supervisor. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing food and beverage team in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment. We’re looking for a professional leader with strong communication and coaching skills, proven supervisory experience in both front and back of house operations, and the ability to deliver exceptional service with consistency and confidence. Pay: $20.00/HR

What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure premium service.
  • Lead and support a team of food attendants and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
  • Train new employees and support staff development.
  • Handle customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.

General Responsibilities:

  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide guidance for improved efficiency.
  • Oversee daily work activities and assign responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and management.
  • Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and safety regulations.
  • Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and training programs.

Who We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
  • 1 year of management experience in hospitality, food service, or related field.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 40 lbs).
  • Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Conditions:

  • Indoor airport lounge environment with some exposure to temperature changes.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels in a bustling, fast-paced setting.
