Evening Shift X-Ray LeadA respected health system is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of X-Ray Lead for a full-time, permanent position at a hospital in Arkansas. The position is for the evening shift, running from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As the X-Ray Lead, you will oversee the radiology department during the evening hours.Key Responsibilities:Team Supervision: Manage and direct the X-ray team during the evening shift to ensure efficiency and optimal patient care.Perform Complex Imaging Procedures: Carry out advanced X-ray procedures, including fluoroscopy, ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results.Technical Support: Provide hands-on assistance with troubleshooting and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless operation throughout the shift.Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of timely, precise diagnostic images.Staff Management: Manage scheduling, address staffing needs, and ensure seamless shift transitions.Qualifications:Education: Associates degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.Certification: Active ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and applicable state licensure.Experience: At least 3 years as an X-ray Technologist, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.Benefits:Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement Plan: 401(k) with employer matching.Time Off: Generous paid time off (PTO) policy.Apply Now for immediate consideration!
