Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for an **Assembly Advisement** **Workplace Coach** to support the **Emergent Operations (EO) Team** in **Auburn, WA** . In this role, you will partner with our fabrication teams to ensure individuals are properly trained and follow procedures according to Boeing standards. **Position Responsibilities:** + Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers + Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria + Analyzes and interprets data + Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk + Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives + Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans + Works under minimal direction **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, WA.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Assembly, and Fabrication + 5+ years of experience with MasterCAM + 5+ years of experience in assembly work + 3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace + 3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams + 3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + 10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Assembly, and Fabrication + 5+ years' experience with the Boeing Production System **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
