Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Position Summary: The primary duty of the position is to Represent the State of Florida in all federal habeas cases in federal court.
Qualifications:
Preference may be given to applicants with postconviction and/or habeas experience.
