We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual communication. The Assistant Graphic Designer will work closely with our Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create visual assets that effectively communicate our brand and services to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for print and digital media
- Assist in the development and implementation of design concepts, layouts, and graphics for various projects
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs
- Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company's branding guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Support the Graphic Designer in managing and organizing design files and assets
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print and digital design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
