In this role, the Celonis Alliance Leader  is to work with the Global Leader . Horizonal & Vertical and manage strategic and tactical initiatives established between Genpact and Celonis . The role’s responsibilities include working with the designated Celonis along Genpact’s leadership to drive the individual partnership’s go-to-market plans, buildout new offerings and exponentially drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive joint strategy, business plan, joint offerings, and execution of clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with Celonis .

  • Grow and expand partner related targeted account engagements, reselling, development of joint solutions and overall revenue

  • Work with Genpact sales teams & sales senior leadership to drive account growth

  • Expand knowledge and expertise in Genpact capabilities/offerings to effectively collaborate internally and with Celonis

  • Develop and maintain trusted senior relationships within Genpact, the sales organization and Celonis

  • Identify areas where Genpact and Celonis can collaborate to build a new differentiated product or offerings

  • Help expand and extend Genpact Global Partner Program’s overall reach, relevance, and revenue in the market

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A./BSC (MBA/Masters preferred)

  • Must have relevant years of experience in alliance management, sales or business development roles in a services environment

  • Proven experience working with large global system integrators (SIs) and/or leading enterprise technology firms, ideally in a co-sell or resell alliance model. Experience with Celonis or similar process intelligence platforms is a strong plus

  • Experienced in driving and leading executive-level relationships. 

  • Skilled in establishing and nurturing C-level relationships across both partner and client organizations, with a strong ability to influence joint strategy, investment decisions, and field execution.

  • Strong consulting background with deep expertise in digital transformation technologies, including AI/ML, Cloud, and Generative AI. Familiarity with process mining, automation, or execution management platforms (e.g., Celonis , UiPath, Alteryx) is preferred.

  • Excellent Project and Program Management skills including design and execution on global business plans

  • Should be a people person with excellent networking and relationship building skills

  • Attitude of team victory over individual success

  • Strategic thinker and a facilitator of change with an ability of instilling trust in teams

  • A self-starter needing minimal management oversight to perform day to day responsibilities

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence

  • Outstanding communications skills --- written and verbal

  • The ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to encourage, further and lead team members

  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives .

  • Knowledge of the top tier technology players in the market for finance & accounting

  • Experience building and leading global and geographically dispersed alliance partnerships and guiding them to success.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125 ,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
