Who You Are You are a team player and are excited about being on the F&B team. You serve beverages and food, take orders, stock supplies, assist the bar, and bring outstanding customer service to our patrons daily.
What You Will Do - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol as needed.
- Accurately takes and serves orders to patrons for food or beverages.
- Removes dishes and glasses from tables or game rooms, and washes in glass tender.
- Stocks self-serve beverage stations and bar production areas.
- Maintains the cleanliness of bar tables, drink stations, and gaming areas.
- Operates point of sale register, handles cash and equivalents, issues receipts, and processes transactions.
- Assists bartender as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Bring - High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Six (6) months previous experience serving alcoholic beverages preferred.
- Required to possess and maintain a valid WA State health card/food handler permit.
- Must maintain valid Class 12 Alcohol Service Permit.
Who We Are Since we first opened on January 21, 1985, Muckleshoot Bingo has helped the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe launch a period of economic prosperity. We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
