Bilingual Call Center Representatives (English/Spanish):

Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Representatives for a leading Call Center in Montgomery, Alabama. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experience while contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond promptly to all incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide timely updates to customers and Call Center Management.
  • Direct inquiries into the appropriate departments with precision and clarity.
  • Complete general office duties to support overall operations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation package! $13.00 an hour for a day shift bilingual -$14.00 to $15.00 an hour for bilingual overnight shift. Must be able to speak English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of computers programs is essential.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
