Job Description

One of our client in the Charlotte area is looking for an entry level Business Analyst to add on to their team. The Business Analyst will be passionate about improving business processes and making a real impact. The Business Analyst will help enhance their computer-based business applications, ensuring the company make the best use of their resources—money, materials, equipment, and people.

The Business Analyst will dive into data, forecasts, and processes to uncover the best business solutions and recommend creative alternatives that align with our goals. The Business Analyst will be at the forefront of designing and enhancing our computer-based systems and work will directly impact our productivity and workflow.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $30 - $33 / hr. w2

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of improving business processes and systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques, such as simulation, programming, and data analysis, to drive business improvements.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and system specifications, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
