Job Description

Sansar Tec LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst specializing in Sales & Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing solutions that enhance our Sales and Service Cloud environments. This position demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to drive the Sales & Service Cloud initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in sales and service processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories that clearly articulate the needs of the business.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine requirements.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Support the testing phases by developing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Sales & Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to drive insights from business data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
