We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused Bussers to join our team and help create a memorable and enjoyable dining atmosphere for our guests.

Position Overview:
As a Busser at Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, you’ll be an essential part of the restaurant’s smooth operation. Your attention to detail, cleanliness, and dedication to creating a welcoming environment for our guests will directly impact their overall dining experience. You’ll work with a supportive team that values your contribution and strives for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors and service stations.
• Support servers and kitchen staff by ensuring the timely removal of used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, responding to their requests, and addressing their needs.
• Assist in refilling water glasses and performing other guest-focused tasks.
• Assist in bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables during busy periods to maintain a smooth service flow.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the management team promptly.
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures and service standards.
• Previous experience as a Busser in a restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
