Catering Event Lead

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Past experience in multitasking with shifting priorities
• Excellent communication and patience with diverse team members
• Passion for upholding company values
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed

POSITION FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure workstation readiness for service
• Provide quality guest service
• Set up, serve, break down, and clean up events
• Adhere to safety standards
• Complete assigned duties

Specific Functions and Duties

• Create pack-sheets and oversee event execution
• Handle client communication, payment collection, and event reporting
• Ensure team efficiency and effective communication with the General Manager
