Qualifications and Requirements:

• Availability for on-site work at our location 10001 Rea Rd Charlotte NC, 28277
• 1 years or more of leadership experience in a management role, in the restaurant industry a plus.
• Able and willing to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to cover all day parts (open, mid, close) including two nights closing..
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, communication, attention to detail, coaching mentality with a heart for serving others.
• Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution with guests and team members.
• Ability to work outside
• Ability to lead and coach others with care
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of hospitality professionals in a fast paced environment
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Use Core 4 during guest interactions
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately with a sense of urgency
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, procedures and dress code at all times
• Learn all positions in your area of the restaurant
• Be a good steward of resources and equipment
• Complete all assigned training within a set time period
• Winning the hearts of guests through consistent execution of role fundamentals
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Age Requirement for Employment
