EXCITING COUPLE OPPORTUNITY: CHEF & CAMP ATTENDANT ROLES
Are you a dedicated couple ready for an unforgettable adventure? We're seeking an enthusiastic duo to join our team in roles that blend culinary excellence with exceptional guest service. One person must possess strong cooking expertise, while both will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

_ This is a remote position, and you will be required to live and work at one of our properties for the entire season. We provide all meals and accommodation. Please be aware of the unique challenges and limitations associated with long-term remote living. _

Chef Responsibilities:

  • Seamlessly manage the kitchen's daily activities, ensuring all culinary requirements are met with precision and efficiency.
  • Go the extra mile to delight our guests, consistently creating memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Uphold the highest standards for food preparation, presentation, and cooking, ensuring strict adherence to Food Safety guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation practices in line with Health & Safety regulations, setting a high standard for cleanliness and safety.
  • Exhibit strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously in the kitchen, demonstrating creativity and skill in all aspects of meal preparation and presentation.

Camp Attendant Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
  • Support kitchen operations as needed, helping with food preparation, plating, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Oversee housekeeping duties and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the lodge, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Ensure all guests' needs are met with a friendly and professional attitude, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.
  • Support various operational needs around camp to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Share your knowledge about our stunning locations while engaging with guests, enhancing their overall experience.
