Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic-minded individual to join our team as Chief of Staff. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will play a pivotal role in managing special projects aimed at bringing in new streams of revenue through product innovation, particularly in financial products such as online stock brokerage, mutual funds, bonds, crypto, derivatives, and digital banking services. Key Responsibilities:
_ Strategic Planning _: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives, particularly in financial services and investment products.
_ Special Projects Management: _ Lead and oversee special projects focused on financial product innovation—from conception to implementation—to drive revenue growth and enhance market positioning.
_ Cross-Functional Collaboration: _ Foster collaboration and communication across departments, particularly product, finance, compliance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
_ Market Analysis: _ Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis of financial markets and products to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product and business strategy.
_ Financial Product Expertise: _ Leverage experience in financial services—including stocks, mutual funds, bonds, crypto, derivatives, and digital banking—to identify opportunities for innovation and new revenue streams.
_ Financial Analysis: _ Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data, assess project feasibility, and develop business cases for new financial products and initiatives.
_ Stakeholder Engagement: _ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key financial partners, industry experts, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
_ Performance Monitoring: _ Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to the CEO and senior leadership.
_ Executive Support: _ Provide direct support to the CEO on strategic matters, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and representing the CEO in meetings and discussions as necessary.
