Job Description
UHNW Family based in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to support 5 large residences throughout the United States. Two of the homes ore in the California area (Beverly Hills and Montecito). The family is seeking someone based in the Beverly HIlls area.
This Chief of Staff role is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the management and operational efficiency of various residences. This position also requires a strategic thinker with excellent management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the House Managers at multiple properties (5 locations total….Beverly Hills, Montecito and 3 other locations outside of CA)
- Implementtion of procedures.
- Develop and manage household budgets, control major financial expenditures, manage vendor contracts, and oversea financial reporting across all properties.
- Maintain the physical condition and high standards of all residences, overseeing preventative maintenance, repairs, security sytems, and asset protection.
- Manage contracts and service agreements with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

- Hire, train, and supervise household staff, including House Managers, and ensure staff performance meets the family’s needs.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and alignment of expectations between the principals, staff, and external service providers.
- Oversee operations to create a cohesive and tailored living experience across multiple properties, coordinating staff rotation, travel logistics, and the readiness of properties for family arrivals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures across the portfolio, manage capital improvement projects, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage all home removation projects – full life cycle.
- Qualifications:
Proven experience in Property Management / Construction Management
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality with sensitive personal
information.
A self-starter who is flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with staff and
other individuals efficiently.

- Direct and oversee all operational functions of residential properties to ensure high standards of service and resident satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient residence management that align with the organization’s objectives.
- Manage and lead a diverse team of property staff, providing training, support, and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and manage the annual budget for residential operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, addressing concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Oversee maintenance and security protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.
- Implement marketing strategies to fill vacancies and enhance the visibility of the residences.
- Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for property improvements and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management regarding operational performance and initiatives.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within residential services or facilities management.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or luxury residences is an advantage.
- Track record of successful project management and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with property management software and related technologies.
