Job Details

• Lane type: OTR Dry Van (Eastern Regional)
• Home time: Every two weeks
• Freight type: Drop & hook, live load/unload, and preload freight
• Operating area: Eastern states — AL, GA, FL, TN, KY, NC, SC, VA, PA, OH, and surrounding regions
• Consistent, year-round freight
• Average weekly miles: ≈ 2,500

Pay & Bonuses

• Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
• Pay rate: $0.55–$0.65 CPM (all miles paid, loaded and empty)
• Performance bonus: Up to $0.08 CPM for safety and service
• Stop pay: $15 per stop

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL
• Held a U.S. driver’s license for at least 12 months
• Clean MVR and PSP — no major violations or preventable accidents in 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in past 5 years (10 if while holding CDL)
• Stable employment history with no major gaps
• Must pass urine and hair drug test and DOT physical
• Military experience may qualify with DD214

Trainee Program

• Recent CDL-A graduates encouraged to apply
• 4–6-week hands-on mentor program with real OTR experience
• Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school required
• Stable employment record with no major gaps
