Pay & Benefits:

• Training: 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced mentor paid weekly.

• Orientation pay: $300 added to your first paycheck.

• Post training: $0.56–$0.64 CPM depending on tenure and miles.

• Average weekly pay: $1,300 after upgrade to solo driver.

• 1,600–2,200 miles per week all paid miles.

Schedule & Home Time:

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license.

• Graduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours).

• 21 years or older.

• No DUIs within five years and no major violations within three.

• Must pass hair and urine drug tests.
