We are seeking an OTR Truck Driver to join our growing team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck and reefer trailer. Our dedicated drivers are responsible for ensuring the pick-up, transport and delivery of goods are performed in an error free and safe manner, in accordance with all Federal, State and Local regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• On-time delivery of undamaged product
• Properly track and document activity log according to DOT regulations
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL experience
• Commercial driver's license
• Ability to communicate with dispatchers, co-workers and customers
• Strong work ethic
Benefits:
• $1,500 sign on bonus
• $1,050 weekly gross minimum pay if criteria is met (NOT A CAP ON PAY, MINIMUM SAFETY NET)
• Safety/Performance pay opportunities available
• Average 2,600 miles per week
• Employee and family medical, dental and vision insurance options
• Eligible for 1 week of paid vacation upon completion of one year of employment
• Scheduled time home
