Safely haul loads to local job sites— no overnights or long hauls
Perform daily inspections and keep your truck clean and well-maintained
Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety regulations
Interact courteously and professionally with customers and crew
Work consistent hours with optional Saturday availability
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical & drug tests
High school diploma or GED
Dump truck or roll-off experience is a plus , but not required—we’ll train the right person
Strong decision-making skills and a commitment to safety
$23–$30/hour , based on experience
Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days
PTO accrued annually (in line with NYS regulations)
Healthcare : 50% of individual plan covered after 45 days
IRA with up to 3% company match
Company-paid uniforms after 90 days
