About Us:We are a compassionate home care agency dedicated to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. We’re looking for reliable, caring, and professional CNAs or Caregivers to join our team in Howard County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. * Help with mobility and safe transfers (bed, wheelchair, vehicle, etc.). * Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed. * Light housekeeping: laundry, bed-making, cleaning, organizing. * Provide companionship, emotional support, and conversation. * Escort or transport clients to appointments, errands, or social activities (if required). * Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisor or nurse. * Medication reminders and following care plan instructions. * Keep accurate documentation and maintain professionalism. * Be punctual, dependable, and reliable for all scheduled shifts. Requirements: * Valid CNA license in Maryland or caregiver experience (if applying as a non-CNA). * Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance. * Clear TB test results (recent or within required timeframe). * Must pass a background check and drug screen. * Proof of liability insurance if required for client transport. * Ability to travel within Howard County and nearby areas. * Responsible, dependable, and able to provide compassionate care.
