Skilled Trades Services is actively hiring!We’re looking for dependable and experienced Commercial Electricians to join our team.
Core Electrical Skills
Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit using hand and power tools.
Pull, route, and secure electrical wiring through conduit, cable trays, walls, or other pathways.
Set, mount, and wire electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems.
Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Terminate, splice, and connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
Test electrical systems for continuity, voltage, amperage, and resistance using meters and test equipment.
Knowledge & ComplianceKnowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state building codes.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
Skilled in using conduit benders, knockout punches, fish tapes, wire pullers, and drills.
Proficiency with electrical meters, megohm testers, and circuit analyzers.
Ability to safely operate lifts, ladders, and scaffolding for elevated work.
Understanding of load calculations, grounding, and bonding practices.
Ability to identify proper wire sizes, conduit fill, and breaker ratings.

Project Type: Commercial New Construction, Renovations & Upfits
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rates Based on Experience:
Journeyman Electricians: $28–$31/hr
Top Helpers: $25–$27/hr
Helpers: $19–$24/hr
