Seeking a full-time litigation associate attorney to practice in Texas and in California state and/or federal courts. Five years or more of experience in complex civil litigation required. The candidate should be experienced in taking and defending percipient witness depositions, composing and arguing summary judgment and other motions, and be prepared to handle every aspect of our matters.
