Job Description

Job Title: Concrete Laborer/Machine Operator

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire/Full-Time

Location: Farmington, MI

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM)

Pay: $22.50/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable with manual work and repetitive tasks.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Ability to work safely, following company protocols and using PPE when required.
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred.
• Exposure to construction, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environments preferred.
