Acrisure Mortgage is searching for a Construction Lending Administrator to help support the construction loan process from initial setup through final disbursement!

The Construction Lending Administrator is responsible for coordinating documentation, monitoring project milestones, processing draw requests, and ensuring construction loans remain compliant with lender guidelines, investor requirements, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in construction loan administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain construction loan files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Coordinate with borrowers, builders, title companies, inspectors, and internal loan staff throughout the construction period
• Review, process, and track construction draw requests in accordance with loan terms and policies
• Order and review inspections; verify completion percentages and disbursement eligibility
• Monitor budgets, lien waivers, invoices, insurance, and permits to support compliant funding decisions
• Maintain accurate loan records and status updates in the LOS and related tracking systems
• Assist with issue resolution and escalations (missing documents, draw disputes, cost overruns, timeline delays)
• Support final completion/final draw documentation and closeout requirements
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with external partners and internal team members
• Manage multiple loans simultaneously while meeting daily deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction loan administration, mortgage operations, or lending support, or similar role preferred
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Downtown Orlando, FL office; this is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence 3 days per week
• Strong knowledge of construction loan draws, inspections, lien waivers, budgets and disbursement controls
• Proficiency with mortgage loan systems (Encompass or similar), Microsoft Excel, and document management tools
• High level of comfort working with numbers, dollar amounts, and financial documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable workflow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking with clients and partners over the phone
• Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, and take initiative in daily work
• High attention to detail, including consistent proofreading and quality control of work
• Comfortable using technology and conducting research on external websites (e.g., licensing verification, tax records, third-party vendor portals)
