Role : To continue our mission of improving lives through the science of skin health, we need to speak to skincare users and professionals with personal, insightful content that is clear, persuasive, impactful, and gives credence to the equity of the iS Clinical brand. We are looking for a creative Copywriter/Sr. Copywriter with either beauty, cosmeceutical, and/or pharmaceutical experience. This individual must be passionate, smart, analytical, organized, and a skincare enthusiast to help write best-in-class copy and content. They must be knowledgeable of the cosmeceutical landscape, including regulatory-compliant copy, emerging media, and marketing trends, and understand how to write to varying audiences including professionals (B2B) and directly to consumers on a multitude of marketing channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the tone, style, and messaging are upheld through proofreading, editing, and other best practices.
- Generate concise, persuasive, and interesting copy for multiple activations channels spanning digital platforms, packaging, and printed materials. Reflecting the brand voice for a variety of audiences that include professional (B2B) and consumer direct.
- Develop compelling, meaningful copy for a variety of ongoing assets including email, social media, educational materials, growth ad campaigns, product pages, in-office materials, and third-party retailers.
- Regularly update and QC outdated copy to ensure the brand and product information is current as well as compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Executing all new product-related copy such as product descriptions and features, pack copy, professional training materials, educational materials, digital marketing, and printed marketing materials.
- Act as a creative liaison during initial creative intake. Ensure that briefs are completed and organize all the correct project information for better flow once the project starts. Be able to anticipate and troubleshoot problems, coordinate simultaneous plans, oversee initial scheduling based on the brief, and develop solutions for any foreseen workflow delays.
QUALIFICATIONS
: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience working in a regulatory-compliant industry including medical skincare or pharmaceuticals is required. This includes in-depth knowledge of regulatory language.
- Proven track record of success writing copy for beauty, medical, or pharmaceutical aesthetic industries, with at 4-6+ years of experience in a position that had multiple channels including B2B and DTC and had different audiences. Experience in the skincare category is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
