We are looking for a Creative Junior Designer to join our growing Client Services Team. The ideal candidate thrives on managing multiple projects, working autonomously, learning new skills, collaborating, and thinking outside the box. You will help create digital and print marketing materials for numerous platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments, requiring an employee who is creative, collaborative, self-motivated, well-written and highly organized with strong time-management skills.

Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design applications

Take direction from Creative Director

Organize and manage creative assets

Take in constructive criticism and produce high-quality work while adhering to deadlines

Capable of custom graphic design, unique illustration, exceptional typography and impactful animations in 2D or 3D image formats

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of design experience

Experience in an internship or entry-level graphic design role (new graduates in visual arts are encouraged to apply)

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis in Photoshop and Illustrator

Strong aesthetic and design skills - color theory, typography, layout design

Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent communication, writing skills and attention to detail

Outstanding portfolio that conveys caliber of work
