We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work remotely as Cruise Specialists . In this flexible, home-based opportunity, you'll help clients plan and book unforgettable cruise vacations — from family-friendly getaways to luxury voyages.
You’ll work independently, using our resources, training, and cruise line partnerships to offer expert guidance, research itineraries, and handle reservations. Whether you're new to the travel industry or looking to specialize in cruising, full support is provided to help you grow your travel business.
Research cruise lines, ships, destinations, and promotions
Match clients with the best itineraries based on their travel style and budget
Provide expert guidance on cabins, shore excursions, travel insurance, and more
Finalize bookings and manage reservation details
Maintain relationships with clients through clear and responsive communication
Stay current on cruise trends, certifications, and supplier updates
Participate in optional FAM trips and ongoing training
Strong interest in cruising and destination travel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently from home
No prior experience required — training is provided
Must be 18+ and located in the United States
