HES Facilities is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as a Custodial Manager to support our regional account base that specializes in custodial services for higher education. This full-time position is based in Dayton, Ohio, and will involve providing operational support through various disciplines, including custodial services and event management. The Custodial Manager will work closely with customers, on-site supervisors and managers, the Account Manager, and employees to ensure the successful delivery of services. The overall goal of this role is to foster long-term relationships with customers that translate into solid financial results for HES Facilities. In this position, the Custodial Manager will oversee multiple buildings in the Dayton, Centerville, and Mason areas, which will require local travel. This role demands a proactive approach to managing operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving corporate goals. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for HES Facilities' values and philosophy, implementing and maintaining necessary programs to achieve the company's mission. This includes facilitating and coordinating key personnel and technical processes to enhance operations and drive financial success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy, initiative, and a passion for training and developing team members. They must possess strong organizational skills, good computer literacy, and excellent oral and written communication skills. A commitment to self-development and professional growth is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers. The CUstodial Manager will also need to be resourceful and proactive, with a desire to achieve excellence and an aversion to mediocrity.
