About the Role:
We're actively seeking driven individuals, both licensed life insurance agents and those looking to become licensed, to join our Mortgage Protection service team. As a remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll have the freedom to control your schedule and income while making a real difference in people's lives. We offer a proven system, comprehensive training, and ongoing support to help you thrive.
What You'll Do:
This role involves a blend of customer service and sales activities, broken down approximately as follows:
Setting Appointments (6-10 hours/week): Connect with potential clients who have expressed interest in coverage and schedule consultations to discuss their needs.
Research (4-5 hours/week): Review client information to customize coverage options and provide tailored solutions.
Meeting with Families (variable): Conduct virtual or phone consultations to present coverage options, explain details, and assist with applications.
Administrative (2 hours/week): Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure smooth application processing.
