In this role, you will significantly impact the management and analysis of data across various IT systems. Your work will support SQL-based reporting, web platform administration, and customer implementation projects. Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Administer and configure web-based platforms to support business operations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on customer implementation projects.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with security standards.
• Document processes and workflows for internal knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across systems.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in data analysis and reporting within IT or enterprise environments.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, joins, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data modeling and dashboard design.
• Experience with web platform administration and configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
• Experience with customer implementation projects preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL tools, APIs, and data integration concepts preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and data warehousing preferred.
