Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Quality & Research Associate to support inward facing team members. In this role, you will contribute to strategic account identification and prioritization through structured research and data maintenance processes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean data, thrives on accuracy, enjoys repetitive work, and has a strong background in prospect research and CRM data hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research using web-based tools 
• Maintain and update organizational records in a CRM platform, including outdated information and standardizing entries to maintain data hygiene
• Apply internal data standards and best practices to ensure consistency across datasets
• Support list-building and enrichment projects in collaboration with go-to-market stakeholders
• Perform routine audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Contribute to the development of scalable data quality process across the team

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in research, data entry, and CRM data management
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar); Sales engagement platform experience a plus
• Exposure to AI tools for research or automation; prompt engineering is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet volume/quality expectations
• Fast learner with a “get-it-done” mindset - comfortable with repetitive, high-output work
• Background working in nonprofit or mission-driven environments is a plus, especially in fundraising or donor research contexts

Contract Type:

• Full-time, 6-month contract with possibility of extending
• Remote work
• Pay: $35-$50/hour , commensurate with experience
