We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Entry/ Recruiting Clerk to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency
• Perform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

• Draft communications materials
• Perform recruitment duties including scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails
• Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.

• Fast learner who is able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
• A good communicator - both verbally and in writing

• Outstanding clerical skills, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
