Job Description

Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

• Organize and facilitate all technical consultations with dentists on the phone or by email
• Handle all daily incoming and outgoing calls that pertain to case questions and resolution of technical problems according to on-time return dates
• Act as a liaison between the customer, dental center, and the lab’s production and logistics teams
• Work alongside management and customer service to monitor and resolve all customer service issues
• Assist Sales Representative in developing relationships with prospective clients and growing relationships with existing clients
• Assist in quality control of fabricated cases prior to delivery to the client and make slight adjustments as needed to correct case issues
• Perform hands-on repair or adjustments as needed
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

Qualifications

• Must have a working, practical knowledge in all product areas of the dental lab industry
• Advanced communication skills to speak with and meet clients of the dental center and resolve customer service problems
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organization skills
• Working knowledge of computers and programs, including MS Office and Outlook
• Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs
• High School diploma or equivalent required
