Job Summary : The primary responsibility of this job is to ensure that deposit account documentation is complete, accurate, and imaged properly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Scan deposit account documentation into Identifi cold storage system.
• Verify that all required documentation on new deposit accounts has been sent in for scanning and maintenance.
• Verify that account documentation is signed, dated, completed, and accurate.
• Perform File Maintenance on deposit accounts, primarily hold mail codes and address changes.
• Perform reconciliation of voided checks, money orders, loan proceeds checks, and official checks.
• Perform weekly CD and Signature Card Exception reviews.
• Mail change of address / returned mail notices as needed, and maintain this data on Jack Henry.
• Log CD check data into an Excel spreadsheet for record-keeping purposes.
• Assist with sorting the courier mail and placing it into the correct outgoing bin.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands:

Sitting for long periods of time

Pulling and Lifting Files up to 25 pounds
