Depot Project Manager | Onsite in Reston, VA (Hybrid Flex as Available)

We’re supporting a major government satellite communications program based out of Reston, VA — formerly part of Inmarsat, now integrated into a leading global network solutions organization.

Active Secret Clearance (required) — U.S. Citizenship mandatory

We’re looking for an experienced Depot Program Manager to oversee supply chain and repair management operations supporting all Reston-based government work.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. • Managing end-to-end depot operations involving satellite antennas, modems, and communication systems
• Overseeing inventory, repair, and supply chain workflows within ServiceNow
• Collaborating with internal teams and leadership to ensure mission success
• Reporting directly to (Program Lead), with training and support provided
• Working closely with Jeremy Carter (COO, GSS) and broader program leadership

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent military experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow for asset and work order tracking
• Background in operations, logistics, supply chain and/or repair management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent — military versions acceptable)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience
• Active Secret Clearance (required) — U.S. Citizenship mandatory

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
