We’re looking for a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME ) who can bridge the real world of marketing strategy with the fast-evolving world of AI systems. Your expertise will help train, evaluate, and elevate AI models that support marketers globally

🔍About the Ro le

As a Sector Evaluator – Marketi ng, you’ll translate real-world marketing workflows into AI training data, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine next-gen marketing systems.

You’ll help build smarter:

• Campaign optimizers
• Personalization engines
• Predictive analytics tools
• AI-powered marketing assistan ts

🧠 What You’ll Work On-

• Train and annotate AI models using marketing knowledge, terminology, and logic
• Review and score AI-generated content for accuracy, creativity, tone, and brand alignment
• Build structured workflows, taxonomies, and scenarios across campaign lifecycles
• Evaluate campaign briefs, customer segments, KPIs, and performance narratives
• Partner with ML and product teams to refine AI capabilities and marketing use ca ses

🎓 What We’re Looking

• ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related f ield
• 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experi ence across:
• ✔ Digital & social campaigns
• ✔ Performance marketing & A/B testing
• ✔ CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC)
• ✔ Analytics & measurement (GA, Looker, PowerBI)
• ✔ Content strategy, segmentation, and journey mapping
• Strong documentation skills and ability to convert workflows into structured processes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional tech teams.

Candidates who have worked with major marketing agencies or consulting groups, including:
