Digital Marketing Manager

Our office is located in Las Colinas, Texas. This position will have the following consideration:

Hybrid: In office, currently Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday each week, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday.

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Manager has overall responsibility for the organization's digital marketing activities that, while focused on website, web-based communication, service, and sales, will also include managing on-line and e-mail advertising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements new technologies to help shorten the sales cycle and create better efficiencies
• Leverages Pardot's full marketing automation platform to improve sales conversion
• Establishes systems to monitor, track and report on business analytics, market metrics, web traffic and flow analysis
• Develops and executes the firm's e-business sales strategy across various channels of digital marketing
• Execute and the firm's website strategy, overseeing all initiatives for website development and optimization
• Leads production and content development for specific e-business function(s) and/or product focus
• Supervise Digital Marketing Associate responsible for execution of day-to-day initiatives
• Provides connectivity to back-office systems

Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience in asset management or similar field working with technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, Brainshark, Fugent, Google Analytics and Wallet Share
• Excellent understanding of financial services business, financial products and product strategy
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing initiatives, the organization's products, and the investment management industry
• Five or more years of web publishing, marketing and/or technology experience
• Strong people and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills and highly ethical
• Strong planning, organization, analytical and technical skills are required
