The Team You Will Join
Located within MetLife’s Global Resilience organization. We are seeking a Director of Global Emergency response to work on-site in New York City, where they will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a Global Physical Emergency Response governance program. This role reports to the AVP of Global Resilience Preparedness and Response.
Location: Must live within a commutable distance of the New York, NY office
Hybrid - In office 3 days a week
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and execution of MetLife’s enterprise-wide Physical Emergency Response program. The Director of Emergency Response is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive emergency preparedness and response programs across all MetLife sites. This role ensures that MetLife is able to prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against emergencies and disasters through effective planning, training, and coordination with internal partners, vendors, and MetLife’s senior leadership team.

Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $126,300 - $168,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
