Notable projects include Formula 1 and City Center projects in Las Vegas for MGM, data center projects, T-Mobile Arena, UNLV, DAS Projects for 5G services as well as high end retail stores such as Gucci, Fendi, Neiman Marcus and Tapestry. **_Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent_** **DESCRIPTION:** As an **Estimator** at Fisk Electric, reporting to **the Chief Estimator,** you will have the opportunity to: + Responsible for multiple systems on Technical, Health Care or Industrial projects + Lead fully engineered estimates up to $5M + Understand the concepts and process of conceptual estimates and budgets up to $1M + Review the scope specified within the proposal and ensure estimates include appropriate scope + Develop detailed cost estimates and proactively identify deficiencies and/or questions; actively assist the project team toward the answers + Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and equitable cost allowance for scope changes + Proficient with estimating software + Working knowledge of McCormick and Bluebeam + Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment + Effective oral and written communication skills + Review Estimate take-offs + Understanding and familiarity with NEC + Mentoring Estimator Trainees & Estimator 1 staff **REQUIREMENTS:** + Four year Construction/Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related career experience + 2 or more years of experience working for a commercial electrical contractor + One plus years recent Electrical Estimating experience with on-screen take-off experience preferred + Computer literate and able to quickly master and apply department's computer systems and software **_Fisk Electric builds extraordinary projects and we need exceptional talent.
