Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with clients, counselors, and employers.
• Support clients at the workplace by helping them understand their roles, responsibilities, and employer expectations.
• Provide training and clear instruction on specific job duties.
• Complete necessary reports and documentation.
• Demonstrate tasks and assist with client advocacy.
• Plan and implement workplace accommodations for clients.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities (this can include paid, unpaid, or personal experience).
• At least 2 years of experience in advocacy, employer engagement, or workforce development.
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or coaching.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a background check (reimbursement provided), along with job coach and job developer training.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
