Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. Administer all work yard operations and ensure compliance to safety policies. Maintain and implement yard organization plan for storage of product. Maintain optimal level of customer and company staff in all yard operations. Train staff to develop and achieve all work objectives and evaluate performance on a regular basis. Ensure proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately. Monitor loading of product to ensure safe transport to job sites. Monitor work of employees and initiate disciplinary as required.
