We have a year round opportunity for a customer focused, creative and passionate member of our Front Desk Evening Team. Hospitality experience is necessary, as this is a leadership role taking on responsibility.
We are looking for a career minded hotelie who would like to advance your career.
Our evening shift is from 2 or 3pm until 10 or 11pm depending on the season and will have MOD opportunities as you grow into our organization.
Year Round Team Members are eligible for medical and dental insurance providing you meet eligibility criteria. 401K, Earn Paid Vacation and Personal Time for full time employment

InnQuest RoomMaster PMS system is in use here. Hands on experience with this system an advantage or prior experience with a hotel PMS a definite plus.
Evening shift will include all Night Audit Functions, verification of daily activities and more.

Essential Duties

Understand and respond to Guest needs in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
Your day will be varied with many opportunities to help our Guests make special memories while staying with us.
As a Front Office Team member you will check in and check out guest, make reservations, answer telephones, handle cash and credit cards, handling mail and messages along with other tasks. As you grown into this role, management opportunities are available
Be familiar with all hotel information necessary to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenues
To assist, as required, to resolve any guest issues
Computer systems are used here, email, MW Word programs, CC Machines and more
Properly balance and complete all daily documentation, including all Night Audit Functions
To perform other tasks, including cross training should you be looking for career opportunities
