* Performance Marketer (Media Buyer) & Gohighlevel generalist
**Compensation:** $500 Base + Performance Bonuses (OTE $1,200+)
**Responsibilities:**
* Set up, optimize, and scale Facebook and Instagram and organic campaigns
* Manage ad accounts
* Run split tests on creatives and targeting strategies
* Report on performance and present new ideas during daily team huddles
* Drive cost-per-lead and cost-per-booking improvements
* Create funnels with GoHighLevel
* Edit Videos and Graphics for ads
* Edit Long Form Youtube Videos
**Performance Incentives:**
* Cost-Per-Booking under $20 (with 60%+ show rate): +$100
* Client Retention over 3 Months: +$100
* Client Retention 6–11 Months: +$25/month
* Client Retention 12 Months+: +$500
This is a full-time role.
* For Performance Marketer: Proven B2C lead generation experience and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
* For Virtual Assistant: Strong organizational skills and excellent communication
